Good app, but poor interface

Im a recent subscriber, so I dont know about the decline in quality that some recent reviewers have bemoaned--although its certainly correct that a lot if the info supplied is inaccurate.
But while I have found the app useful, it is disappointing that virtually every reverse number search needs payment-or a subscription to get results. But what I find really annoying is that even if one does get a monthly subscription, theres no way to sign in until after the first search of the day is underway, and then, when one finally CAN sign in, the search data must be re-entered. ALSO-its not made clear that a monthly membership includes unlimited reverse number searches. This is really inconsiderate--even if through customer support it can be corrected, why cant this info be provided up front? These are all things that should be easily and quickly corrected!
