Previous capability has disappeared

In the past I used this app to find people and businesses as well as do reverse phone and address lookups. It will still do that but no longer allows me to create a new contact and save it to my address book. It LOOKS like it allowed that, but after I save the new contact, it is not in my iPhone contacts.
It was an extremely handy feature that I would like to be restored. Yes, I have allowed White Pages to access my contacts.
